Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi - Neemrana: Welcome to Incredible India!

You will be welcomed at Delhi international airport and transferred straight to Neemrana. On arrival; check in at your beautiful heritage hotel. Rest of the day kept at leisure.

Day 2 : Samode

Morning you may take a village walk and visit the nearby step-well. Later proceed straightway to Samode. On arrival, check in your beautiful “Samode Palace”. Evening you may enjoy the walking tour in the village or may enjoy a camel ride at Sand Dunes. Enjoy the dusk at desert on camel’s back.

Day 3 : Excursion to Jaipur

After breakfast proceed for the excursion of Jaipur. Visit the splendid Amber Fort and Maharaja's City Palace (the home of the erstwhile royal family). Later visit the signature building of Jaipur i.e. Hawa Mahal (the Palace of winds) and then enjoy rickshaw ride in the old city. Stay overnight at your palace hotel.

Day 4 : Kishangarh

After a leisurely breakfast proceed towards Kishangarh. Enroute you may enjoy lunch at ‘Pachewargarh Fort’- a 300 years old Fort, situated in a lively little village namely Pachewar. Later you will be transferred straightway to your beautiful heritage hotel named as ‘Phool Mahal’. Kishangarh is mainly known for its world famous Miniature Paintings & Handicrafts. It also has the largest marble and granite cutting industry in India. During the day you may enjoy a visit of many old havelis (mansions) and local colourful makets.

Day 5 : Excursion to Pushkar

Morning proceed to visit the famous Dev Narayana Temple at Dev Doongri. It is believed to be the only place in the world with a temple of nine planets. Later proceed for an excursion to one of the holiest cities of Rajasthan i.e. Pushkar. On arrival, take a walk on the street around the sacred pond and ghats up to Brahma temple. Later visit the Akbar's Palace and Mausoleum. Return to Kishangarh by evening and stay overnight in your hotel.

Day 6 : Chandelao

Morning after breakfast drive to Chandelao. Chandelao village is located just 40 kms ahead from Jodhpur city on the edge of the Thar Desert. On arrival, check in at ‘Chandelao Garh Fort’. Evening you may enjoy a visit to the local village to get a first hand impression of 'Rural India'. Chandelao Village is a typical Rajasthani village where you will find Tibel community. You may get to see the local craftsmen at work viz. the goldsmith, the blacksmith and the weaver during your visit. The village also has three beautifull lakes where you may see a modest variety of birds.

Day 7 : Excursion to Jodhpur

Morning proceed for an excursion to the sun city of India “Jodhpur”. On arrival, visit the magnificent Mehrangarh fort and Jaswant Thada. Later you may enjoy a walking tour to the old markets around Clock Tower. Return back to Chandelao by the evening. After brief leisure you may visit the famous bazaars of Pipar. The Pipar Bazaar is renwoned for ethnic items and local crafts. Here you may also visit the Block Printers. Stay overnight at your heritage hotel.

Day 8 : Narlai

Morning proceed to Narlai passing through scenic landscape of Aravalli hill ranges. On arrival, check in your beautiful palace hotel, situated in the serene forest. After brief leisure enjoy a visit to Khejarla Village where Bishnoi community habitats in multitude. It is really interesting to observe their rustic way of life and rituals. Later you will be visiting a nearby village namely Salawas. It is well known for producing durries, bed covers, carpets, rugs and tents using Camel/Goat hair, wool & cotton. Stay overnight at your hotel.

Day 9 : Excursion to Kumbhalgarh & Ranakpur

Morning move for an excursion to Kumbhalgarh. On arrival visit the beautiful Kumbhalgarh fort.

Later you will be driven to Ranakpur to visit the incomparable Ranakpur Jain temple- the huge 15th century Adinatha Temple. It is among the biggest Jain Temples in India. Return back to Narlai by evening and stay overnight at your palace hotel.

Day 10 : Udaipur - Chittorgarh

Morning after breakfast drive to Udaipur- one of the most romantic cities of India (also known as the Lake City). After checking in, you may visit the Bharatiya Lok Kala Museum (has an interesting collection of dresses, turbans, musical instruments, dolls, paintings, the traditional puppets etc.) and Shilpgram craft village.

In the second half, visit the City Palace & Saheliyon ki Bari. Later drive to Chittorgarh and check in at your heritage hotel.

Day 11 : Chittorgarh

Morning proceed to visit Chittaurgarh Fort - the symbol of Rajput pride and honour. Also visit the Vijay Stambh & Sanwalia Seth temple – a famous temple of ‘lord Krishna’. Interestingly, the local farmers here make the deity partner in their earnings & very religiously donate the share of the deity to the temple on a regular basis. Later you may visit a village school.

Day 12 : Bundi

After breakfast drive towards Bundi - a charming old town. En route visit the Mendalgarh Fort and beautiful temples of Bijalyan & Menal. On arrival, check in at your heritage hotel. Remaining day is at leisure till next morning.

Day 13 : Bundi

Post breakfast proceed to visit Bundi which includes the impressive Taragarh Fort and the characteristic palace complex where the Chitrashala has some of the finest miniature paintings in India. Later visit the nearby temple village of Keshorai Patan for an interesting Deep Daan ceremony in which women chant songs and prayers and float diya candle lamps on the river. Bundi is also famous for its stepwells and water buildings which can be visited in the evening and there are also tribal villages nearby.

Day 14 : Bhandarej

Morning drive to Bhandarej passing through small towns/villages and a series of fields. On arrival, check in at Bhandarej Palace which has an excellent blend of Mughal & Rajputana architecture. The nearby Bhangarh village with its temples and historical sites has a history which dates back to 11th century. After brief leisure enjoy a visit to Abhaneri village to see the most famous step well of Rajasthan.

Day 15 : Agra

Morning after breakfast drive to Agra en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri – once the capital city of Mughal Empire. Finally reach Agra and check in at your hotel. After brief leisure enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Agra Fort.

Day 16 : Excursion to Mathura & Vrindavan

At dawn proceed to visit the magnificent Taj Mahal. Later proceed for the excursion to Mathura- one of the biggest pilgrimage destinations in India Mathura is believed to be the place where Lord Krishna had grown up. Later you will be visiting Vrindavan. You will visit Govind Dev Temple, Rangaji Temple, Madan Mohan Temple, Glass Temple and Bankey Bihari Temple (one of the oldest temples in India) during the day.

Day 17 : Orchha

Early morning, you may visit the amazing backside view of Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River. Post breakfast you will be driven to Orchha. En route visit the marvelous Gwalior Fort. Later drive towards Orchha - a historical site located on the banks of Betwa River. On arrival, check in your hotel and stay overnight.

Day 18 : Orchha

Morning after breakfast enjoy a sightseeing tour of Orchha including visit of Raj Mahal Palace, Raj Praveen Mahal Palace, Jehangir palace and the Royal Chhattries (cenotaphs). Later visit the Raja Ram temple - only place in India where Lord Rama is worshipped as a king. Stay overnight at your hotel.

Day 19 : Khajuraho

Morning after breakfast drive straightway to Khajuraho. On arrival, check in at your hotel. After brief leisure enjoy the visit of western group of temples. Later visit the eastern group of temples famous for their erotic sculptures. Evening Sound & Light show (English version) is highly recommendable here. Interestingly, Khajuraho is also a nice place for someone who loves Wood-fire Pizzas as it has some nice roof-top Italian restaurants.

Day 20 : Khajuraho - Fly to Varanasi (Kashi)

Morning board a flight to Varanasi. Varanasi is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities of the world and also known as 'Kashi' & 'Banaras'. After brief leisure, visit Sarnath to visit the Buddhist temple and Stupa. Evening enjoy a boat ride over mighty river Ganga to witness the Ganga worship ceremony from a close quarter. Stay overnight at your hotel.

Day 21 : Varanasi (Kashi)

Morning enjoy a boat ride over river Ganges. Later proceed for a sightseeing tour of Varanasi city, which includes visit to Bharat Mata temple, Durga temple, Benaras Hindu University, Vishwanath Temple and a museum i.e. 'Bharat Kala Mandir' which has collection of 12th century’s old manuscripts, miniature painting and sculptures. Evening at appropriate time you will be transferred to Varanasi railway station to board an overnight train to Delhi.

Day 22 : Delhi

On arrival at Delhi railway station you will be assisted and will be transferred to your hotel/guest house to wash-change & brief leisure. Later at appropriate time you will be transferred to Delhi international airport for your onward journey. The tour ends here.
